Assimilating and integrating into the culture of your surroundings.
Creating and building a sustainable world-class culture.
Cultural background and how it impacts your communication style.
Key Takeaways:
You must understand your “inner culture” and respect others’ cultures.
Today’s world is complex, volatile and moves quickly. Leaders have the choice of getting their organizations “stuck” or accepting the risk of allowing others to make strategic decisions. The second allows for more organizational agility.
Involve your key stakeholders in the decision making process. Everyone has data and information you don’t have.
Focus on anticipating what’s to come so that you can be agile.
"Your journey starts with you and honoring your own inner culture." — Cellene Hoogenkamp
